Value Analysis of Construction Projects under the Lean Supply Chain
摘要
Abstract
Combining with the lean supply chain theory and taking the value as the key of solution and decision-making, value analysis of construction project is studied, and the application process of value analysis is also illustrated by case study. The value of each solution is comprehensively evaluated by fuzzy quality function deployment, and compared with each other to find the optimal one. The value analysis of construction projects under the lean supply chain is an effective decision-making method.关键词
