Abstract
The experience of investment mechanism of water conservancy projects in overseas developed countries by means of the public finance is analyzed. Its inspiration to the water conservancy construction in China is put forward from the viewpoints of the governmental financial input, rational division of investment categories, coordination between investment orientation and national economic development, multiple development of investment and financing system for water conservancy project and diversification of management charges, etc.关键词
