一种新型热致性液晶聚酯酰亚胺的合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of a Novel Thermotropic Liquid Crystal Polyester-imide
摘要
Abstract
Based on Higashi direct polycondensation method, a novel polyester-imide (IA6PP) was synthesized from N, N' - hexane- 1, 6- diybis (tri-millitimides) (IA6), p-hydroxyl benzoic acid (PHB) and di(p-hydroxyl benzoic acid) hydroquinone ester (PHQ). The effects of monomers on the structure and properties of the polymers were studied by FTIR, DSC, TGA, POM and WAXD. The results show that IA6PP exhibits typical characteristics of nematic liquid crystal polymer, its liquid crystal temperature range is 252-365 c , its thermal stability is much better than that of IA6PD which is synthesized from 4,4'-dihydroxybenzophenone (DHBP), IA6 and PHB.关键词
