Mechanical Properties and Rheological Property of Dynamic Vulcanization Modified ABS
摘要
Abstract
The effects of dynamic vulcanization on mechanical properties and Theological properties of ABS, and the effects of amount of curing agents, shear stress, shear rate on Theological behavior and viscosity of melt were discussed, as well as the effect of different content of curing agent on mechanical properties of modified ABS. The results show that: the melt of dynamic vulcanization modified ABS is pseudoplastic fluid, and the apparent viscosity of the melt increases with the increase of curing agent content; the tensile strength and notched impact strength of dynamic vulcanization ABS improve with the increase of the using amount of curing agent in a certain range.关键词
