成核剂对聚乳酸结晶行为及热性能的影响
Effects of Nucleation Agent on Crystallization and Thermal Properties of PLA

Abstract
PLA/nucleation agent composites were prepared by melt-blending. The effects of nucleation agent on the crystallization and thermal properties of PLA were investigated by the optical polarimetry tester, polarized optical microscopy (POM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and heat deflection temperature tester. The results indicate that: TMC is an effective nucleating agent for PLA. The overall crystallization rate and crystallinity of PLA/TMC are higher than those of PLA/Talc. PLA/TMC exhibites the diffraction peaks which can be ascribed to the crystal structure of PLA. All the samples are annealed at 120 °c for 2 min, compared to neat PLA and PLA/Talc, the HDT values of PLA/TMC is about 105.6℃ .关键词
