高密度聚乙烯超疏水膜疏水性能的研究
Study on Superhydrophobic Property of HDPE Superhydrophobic Film
摘要
Abstract
HDPE superhydrophobic film was modified by adding nano-TiO2 particles and micro-polystyrene respectively based on the optimization of the preparation process of the film. The results show that nano-TiO2 is more suitable to be the modifier for HDPE superhydrophobic film, and when the content of nano-TiO, is 8%, the hardness of the film is enhanced obviously and the superhydrophobic property is good. Although the compatibility between PS and HDPE is good, the microstructure of HDPE superhydrophobic film will be damaged under the influence of good solvent of PS, and then the self-cleaning ability is also reduced.关键词
