摘要

Abstract

The performances of different batch of transition materials from slurry HDPE device were evaluated, and their application experiments were performed. The use of similar samples in the market was compared. The results show that transition materials have similar properties with MFR of 1.4-1.6 g/10min, density of 0.948-0.949 g/cm3, tensile yield strength of 23 Mpa, and elongation at break of 800%. The extensional rheological behaviors of different transition products are also similar. The transition materials can be used for film blowing, draw bench or injection of small goods.
