摘要

Abstract

Taking the forecast of the river break-up date of Mohe Hydrologjcal Station on the Upper Heilongjiang River as the study case, the method for determining the forecast factors during the ice-forecast with the artificial intelligence technology is studied herein. On the basis of the causation analysis, sufficient number of the relevant impact factors are obtained and taken as the factors to be selected at first from the treatments of the appropriate generalization and quantification made on all the impact factors concerned, and then more perfect forecast factors can be got by screening the factors to be selected with the method of the stepwise regression analysis.
