Abstract
In accordance with the engineering practice of the design of water conveyance project constructed with pre-stressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) , some problems from the design and application of PCCP are studied herein, such as rationality of the standards adopted; correct selection of the design load for the pipe; selection of the pressure for the test of the pipe joint; the optimization of the strength, thickness and wrapping area of the pipe core concrete, etc. , so as to promote the reasonable selection of the design parameters, ensure the safety and reliability of the construction and then save the project investment concerned. Furthermore, some relevant suggestions are put forward for providing some references for the similar project as well.关键词
