摘要

Abstract

It was difficult which collapsing holes easily, generating uplift easily, wasting slurry largely, grouting process uncontrol-lability while grouting soft ground such as all (strong) weathered rock, loose soil, gravel, rock jointed intensive development. A new kind of construction technology that "High pulsating pressure grouting from bottom to up stemming with slurry" has been put forward. One of the key technology is stemming filling slurry between the tube and the borehole based on the idea which stemming with slurry, the other is that high pulsating pressure grouting. The soil performance about strength and anti-seepage of the soft strata are more uniform and effective through the grouting method that continue lift tube in small intervals from bottom to up and then greatly improve work efficiency. The series plots field trial in the bend bay of Tuokou Hydropower Station show that the construction method is entirely feasible, cost-savings and can improve efficiency, and applicable in the similar ground to anti-seepage.
