Abstract
Objective: To investigate whether the subtypes of HLA-B* 27 has relation with the polymorphisms of KIR gene. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP) method was employed for genotyping the subtypes of HLA-B* 27 and KIR frequency from 60 HLA-B* 27 positive patients and 30 healthy donors. Results: B* 2704 and B* 2705 were the majority HLA-B* 27 subtypes, the frequencies of KIR genes between them had no statistically significant difference. Gene frequencies of KIR2DL2 and KIR2DS5 were significantly lower than the control group. Gene frequency of KIR2DS4 was statistically significant higher in the patient group than in the control group(P=0. 001). Conclusion: The subtypes of HLA-B* 27 is not remarkably associated with the polymorphisms of KIR gene.关键词
