腹腔镜不同气腹压力对新生儿及小婴儿循环功能的影响

Abstract
Objective; To observe circulatory function changes in different CO2 pneumopcritoncum pressure in nconatcs and younger infants undergoing laparoscopy. Methods; Twenty patients with laparoscopy were performed under general anesthesia. Hcmodynamic data were measured in different co2 pneumopcritoncum pressure (OmmHg, 5mmHg and lOmmHg). Results; HR and MAP were significantly increased with increasing of pneumopcritoncum pressure after peritoneal insufflation, and SPO2 was not changed significantly. Conclusion; Lower pneumopcritoncum pressure should be used in nconatcs and younger infants undergoing laparoscopy. The lower pneumopcritoncum pressure be choscd, the little influence circulatory function more little.关键词
