宫颈鳞癌患者血清差异蛋白质与鳞状细胞癌抗原的关系
Relationship between differential proteins and squamous cell carcinoma antigen in patients with squamous carcinoma of the cervix

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between differential proteins and squamous cell carcinoma antigen (SCCA) in patients with squamous carcinoma of the cervix. Methods The proteins in sera from 44 patients with squamous carcinoma of the cervix and 25 female normal controls were measured by surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization time of fight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS) with weak action chips (CM10). 44 patients were divided into 3 groups according to the levels of SCCA, and the differential proteins were identified. Results As compared with those in control group, the peak mass spectrum of 19 kinds of serum proteins in patients with normal level of SCCA (P < 0.001), 26 kinds in patients with 1-3 folds of normal level of SCCA and 15 kinds in patients with 3-4 folds of normal level of SCCA were different (P < 0.05). Among which, there were 4 kinds of proteins with the values of 4172, 3397, 2741, and 6086 of M/Z could be found in all the patients. There were 5 kinds of different proteins between patients with 3-4 folds and < 3 folds, 20 kinds between patients with 3-4 folds and > 4 folds, among which, the proteins with the values of 8142, 7765, 3885, 5632, and 9287 of M/Z could be constantly found. Conclusion Differential proteins could be found in patients with squamous carcinoma of the cervix by SELDI-TOF-MS method.关键词
