摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of bFGF and rhEGF on the migration of human corneal epithelial cells (HCECs). Methods HCECs were cultured and the same cells were studied , which was randomly divided into three groups: bFGF, rhEGF, and Negative Control. HCECs migration assays were performed in the size of the acellular area was photographed at 0, 4 and 9 h after cell scraping and analyzed with the Image J software.Every group has five fixation observation points. Results At 4 hour and 9 hour,the acellular area percentage in the rhEGF and bFGF group were smaller than Negative Control (P < 0.01), which was smaller in the rhEGF group than that in the bFGF group at 4 hour (18.78 ± 0.116)%, (26.19 ± 0.232)%, P < 0.01, and at 9 hour (8.49 ± 0.340)% , (19.24 ± 0.135)% , P < 0.01. Conclusions Both rhEGF and bFGF had a promotive effect on HCECs migration, but rhEGF had a stronger promotive effect on HCECs migration than bFGF,which made for ocular surface wound healing.关键词
