长期吸入低浓度七氟醚对雌性小鼠排卵的影响
Effects of long-term exposure to low concentration sevoflurane on ovulative function in female mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate effects of long-term exposure to low concentration sevoflurane on ovulative function in female mice. Method Forty female KM mice, aged 6 weeks, weighting 20 ± 2 g, were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 8 each): Mice in group A,B,C,D exposured respectively 0.003% , 0.03%, 0.06%, 0.1% sevoflurane 6h per day while mice in group E exposured air for 30d.Executed mice after superovulation which was used in all female mice to get more eggs at the end point of examination by using pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG) and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) Compressor method was used to count and observe. Results Four experimental groups A、B、C、D compared with the control group E did not have significant difference (P > 0.05) on the mice oocytes population, and plesiomorphism. Conclusion Long-term exposure to 0.1% or less sevoflurane do not lead to obvious influence in ovulation function in female mice by using PMSG and hCG.关键词
