阿德福韦酯对慢性乙型肝炎患者CD4+ CD25+调节性T细胞表达水平的影响
Effects of adefovir dipivoxil on the expression of CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of adefovir dipivoxil on the expression of CD4 + CD25+ regulatory T cells (CD4+CD25T+Yeg) in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). So as to explore the role of CD4+ CD25+Tyeg in the immune pathogenesis of CHB and the clinical value of adefovir dipivoxil in the immune regulation. Methods The expressions of CD4+CD25+Tyeg in 20 normal controls and 66 patients with CHB (36 cases with HBeAg-positive, 30 cases with HBeAg-negative) at the time before the treatment, and 12 weeks, 24 weeks, 36 weeks, and 48 weeks after the treatment were detected by flow cytometry. HBV DNA loads were detected at the same time by PCR. Results The expression of D4+CD25+Tyeg in peripheral blood in patients with CHB was (4.05 ±2.39)% before the therapy, which was significantly higher than that in normal controls (2.26 ± 1.42)% (P< 0.01). While after the treatment, that in CHB patients was decreased to (2.38 ± 1.75)% (P< 0.01) , which was similar to that in normal controls (P > 0.05). The level of CD4+CD25Treg was positively correlated with HBV DNA loads. Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil can facilitate the recovery of immune function by decreasing the HBVDNA loads, and then reducing the level of CD4+CD25+Tyeg.关键词
