城市洪涝易损性评价的分形模糊集对评价模型
Fractal fuzzy set pair analysis assessment model of urban flood-waterlogged vulnerability
摘要
Abstract
In order to solve the difficult problem of objectively determining the evaluation index weights in urban flood-waterlogged vulnerability, the idea of fractal dimension, which can indicate the target complexity as an index weight is put forward in this study. Taking into account the fuzziness of evaluation standard boundary value, the fractal fuzzy set pair evaluation model is suggested based on set pair analysis method is suggested. The suggested model is used in urban flood vulnerability assessment of 29 cities in Hunan province of China, and is compared with other evaluation methods. The results show that the suggested model is objective, simple and effective. So the fractal fuzzy set pair evaluation model can be widely applied to comprehensive ranking evaluation of different natural disasters.关键词
