Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical efficiency of new alternative-natural cycle IVF combined with IVM of immature oocytes (natural cycle IVF/M) to treat infertile patients with poor responding.Methods; Thirty one women with normal ovaries underwent treatment for 34 cycles of natural cycle IVF/M. Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) was administered (10,000 IU) 36 hours before oocyte retrieval in a natural cycle. After aspiration of dominant follicle and small follicles, the mature oocytes were inseminated by intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) immediately. The immature oocytes were matured in vitro and inseminated by ICSI, and then the embryos transferred.Results: Four oocyte pickup cycles were cancelled. The oocytes of 27 patients were successfully retrieved in 30 cycles. Twenty seven ET cycles were completed, in which 11 patients were clinically pregnant. Nine patients had delivered. One patient was ongoing pregnancy and one patient had miscarried because of ectopic pregnancy.Conclusions: Natural cycle IVF/M may be an alternatively efficient method for infertile patients with poor responding.关键词
