cDNA Cloning and Sequence Analysis of Heart-type Fatty acid binding protein Gene in Chinese Ring-necked Pheasant
摘要
Abstract
Heart-type fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP) cDNA was cloned from chinese ring-necked pheasant using RT-PCR method. The cDNA was sequenced and analyzed. The result showed that the cloned cDNA fragment was 402 bp, contained an open-reading frame of 399bp encoding 132 amino acids. The supposed molecular weight of the putative H-FABP protein was 14.64KD, and theoretical PI was 6.30. It indicates that nucleotide sequence and deduced amino acid sequence showed a high homology between chinese ring-necked pheasant and poultry.关键词
