摘要

Abstract

In view of the problems that the traditional management tools for urban road occupancy and restoration were backward, inefficient, and that the construction process was anarchistic with a mass of overexcavation, combined with the actual needs of management work, this paper puts forward general design principle and system structure of Guangzhou Urban Road Occupancy and Restoration Management System based on WebCIS. The paper also discusses its development goals and functional design, and introduces every function and key technology of each module. This system makes full use of powerful spatial information management capacity of WebCIS, and managers can easily view and monitor the progress of road occupancy permission and construction through a browser. The system can be a new management tool for the road management department to approve and trace the road occupancy construction.
