摘要

Abstract

Because the stations and yards in mountain railway are often restrained by complicated topographic and geologic conditions, the designs of stations, yards and buildings must be specially implemented in combination with the bridges, tunnels and subgrades. So this paper analyzed the features of mountain railways and the frequently asked questions on station and yard designs. Further, combined with actual design and consultation examples of stations and yards in southwest mountain railways, this paper researched the principles that should be followed in designs of mountain railway stations and yards, and put forward the optimized design schemes of mountain railway stations and yards under different topographic and geologic conditions.
