Improvement of a mosaicing method based on SURF algorithm for cell microscopy image
摘要
Abstract
To increase the mosaicing speed of cell microscope image, the mosaicing methods based on speeded-up robust feature (SURF) is improved. Firstly, the feature points of cell images are obtained by SURF algorithm, then the edge of cells in those images are obtained. At last, only the feature points on the cell edge are used for images matching and images fusion in the next step. The experimental results show that the effect of cell images mosaicing is better and the computing speed is faster.关键词
