摘要

Abstract

Lignans such as schisandrin were extracted with ultrasonic circulation technique from Schisandra Chinesnsis Bail!.. Effects of solvent, solvent concentration,extraction time, ultrasound power,ratio of liquid to solid and temperature on the yield of lignans were studied. The results showed that the extraction solvent was 85% ethanol. The optimal conditions were 500 W ultrasonic power, 10 min ultrasonic time, 30 ℃ temeperature and the ratio of liquid to solid was 20, when the yield of lignans was 80.84%.
