摘要

Abstract

To observe the effects of daidzein on D-galactose induced senescence mice, D-galactose was for 6 weeks injected into the dorsal of mice as aged models. The aged mice were fed with different doses (5,10mg/(kg-d))of daidzein for 5 weeks. Y-maze was tested and the levels of synatophysin,reactive oxygen species,malondialdehyde.lipofuscin, and 8-hydroxy deoxyguanosine in brain were examined. The results showed that daidzein could increase Y-maze memory ability and the synatophysin level in the cortex, decrease reactive oxygen species and 8-hydroxy deoxyguanosine levels in the cortex and hippocampus of the aged mice, and also decrease the malondialdehyde and lipofuscin levels in brain tissues. Daidzein could increase memory ablility and decrease oxidative damage of the mice's brain. Daidzein could antisenesce in some degree.
