摘要

Abstract

According to the characteristics of municipal pipe network and demands of management offices, a management system that can monitor and manage the network was developed. Based on GIS, SCAD A and database technique, the application platform of GIS was combined with SCADA in the simulation system, and spatial data and real-time data were managed by means of integration. In combination with SCADA technology, the application platform of GIS, based on ArcGIS, can play an important role in dynamic monitoring and centralized management of the municipal pipe network, and provide a strong protection for its safe operation, early warning, disaster prevention and mitigation.
