基于临床与实验研究探讨滋肾调冲法健全黄体功能的作用
Effect of Zishen Tiaochong therapy on luteal function based on the clinical and experimental researches
摘要
Abstract
Zishen Tiaochong therapy is one of the principles in traditional Chinese medicine to treat corpus luteum insufficiency of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. A series of studies on the therapy including clinical efficacy, pharmacodynamics analysis, mechanism of action and other aspects had been made since the middle of 1980s. The results showed that, Zishen Tiaochong therapy not only had curative effect on dysfunctional uterine bleeding, but also could regulate the function of hypothaloamus-pituitary-ovary axis, promote the follicular development and ovulation. It could improve luteal function with the upregulation of ovarian local cytokines expression level and promotion ovarian angiogenesis. On the basis of the research progress on neovascularization mechanism in recent years, we deeply explored mechanism of action of Zishen Tiaochong therapy from the angle of mobilization of bone marrow endothelial progenitor cells promoting luteal angiogenesis neogenesis.关键词
