链霉菌FIM-080014产生的核苷类代谢产物研究
Nucleoside Metabolites Produced by Streptomyces FIM-080014
摘要
Abstract
Seven nucleoside metabolites were isolated from the fermentation broth of Streptomyces sp. FIM-080014 by u-sing HP-20 macroporous adsorption resin,silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC. They were identified as uracil (1) ,uridine (2) ,2'-deoxyuridine (3) ,5'-C-methyluri-dine (4) ,2'-deoxythymidine (5) ,2'-deoxyguanosine (6) and hypoxanthine (7) based on the data of NMR and MS. Bioactive assay revealed that compounds 1-7 showed slight antineuraminidase activity,with IC50, values of 3.7,2.1,4.4, 1.4,3.6,2.5 and 2.4 mM, respectively. In addition ,compound 4 was isolated from microbial metabolites for the first time.关键词
