蒙药材瑞香狼毒的化学成分研究

摘要
Abstract
The n-butanol fraction from enthnol extract of Stellera chamaejasme L. Was studied systematically for the first time by using extraction and column chromatography. Six compounds were isolated from n-butanol extraction and identified as O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]7-hydroxycoumarin (1) ,sinapyl alcohol 1,3'-di-O-β-D-glu-copyranoside(2) ,syringin(3) ,( +)-lariciresinol 4,4'-O-bis-β-D-glucopyranoside (4),( + )-pinoresinol 4,4'-O-bis-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 5 ) and ( + ) -syringaresinol di-O-β-D-gIucopyranoside ( 6) by spectral data of UV,1H NMR and 13 C NMR. Compounds 4 and 6 were isolated from the plant for the first time.关键词
