摘要

Abstract

Cell-free extracts derived from Lactobacillus casei JH-23 ,with monoamine oxidase inhibition,were obtained by acetone extraction method. Moreover,four active fractions from extracts were separated by silica thin layer chromatogram, among which the fraction I displayed the strongest monoamine oxidase inhibitory activity,with an inhibitory rate reached 55.4% at concentration of 120 μg/mL. National Center for Drug Screening confirmed that the bioactive fraction was reliably inhibitory to monoamine oxidase and possessed potential anti-ageing effect.
