负载固体酸催化豆油制备生物柴油的研究
Study on supported solid acid catalyst for preparation of biodiesel from soybean oil

Abstract
Preparation of biodiesel from methanol and soybean oil with actived carbon supported p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst was studied. Based on the single factor experimental results of the molar ratio of methanol to soybean oil, catalyst dosage and reaction time, a Box-Behnken center-united design method was used to design the experiments with 3 factors and 3 levels. The experimental results were analyzed by the response surface method, and the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: the methanol/soybean oil molar ratio of 7:1, catalyst/soybean oil mass ratio of 5.95% and reaction time of 3.75 hours. The yield of biodiesel was 96.62% under the above conditions. Repeated use, the catalyst still showed good catalytic activity. The structure of the catalyst was characterized by XRD and FT-IR. The detailed components of the biodiesel product were analyzed by GC -MS qualitatively and quantitatively.关键词
