摘要

Abstract

The pressure swing adsorption (PSA) system were simulated and optimized by hydrodynamic method. The model of PSA pressure-equalizing process was created by one-dimensional transient hydrodynamics to simulate the pressure-equalizing process, by that the relationships between pressure-equalizing time and pipe diameter, adsorption column volume and gas composition were obtained, which provided the basic data for design of pressure-equalizing pipes. The flow field in gas distributor was simulated by the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and a novel gas distributor with well flow field distribution was developed according to the features of flow field. The valve channel was also simulated and optimized, and the drawbacks were overcome after optimization.
