摘要
Abstract
With yellow Arthrobacter as starting strain and through mutation breeding, mutant strain TS151 is available to us . The dissertation focuses on the mutation breeding prescription , fermentation condition and purification of L-leucine high-yielding strain TS151. The results show: With 92 h cultivation in 220 r/min rotation speed and 28 ℃ ,the acid production of high abundance is more than 15 g/L, extraction yield is about 70%. As products, the isotopic abundance of stable isotope labeled L-leucine is 97. 03%, the purity is more than 98%.关键词
