摘要

Abstract

Achieving ecological transformation of large steel enterprise has become the main development direction of steel industry or its large resource consumption and environment pollution. On the basis of existing ecological efficiency evaluation methods, the input and output index system for steel enterprise ecological efficiency evaluation was constructed, and pollutants as s kind of unexpected input was introduced into the data envelopment analysis model. Taigang, Baosteel and Wisco enterprises were evaluated on their 2000 to 2010 ecological efficiency by using the model based on the CCR model and BCC model program. The data processing by Matlab 6. 5 software gava the evaluation results showing that Taigan's ecological efficiency was the highest of the three enterprises in the eleven years, followed by baosteel and Wisco.
