疏松砂岩油藏出砂机理微观可视化实验研究

Abstract
The macroscopic experimental study on the sanding mechanism of unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoirs has its shortcomings, and therefore a microscopic visual experimental apparatus has been developed. The grain size distribution and actual sand control parameters in a typical formation of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir in Bohai Oilfield were used to conduct the study. Study results indicate that the increase in permeability due to sanding is related to the displacement pressure drawdown, formation sand grain sizes and size of the sand control screens. The more uniform the grain size, the smaller the graded sanding range and the more concentrated the sanding time. If the grain size is less uniform, the graded sanding range will be wider and sanding will more obvious with the change of displacement drawdown and sand control accuracy.关键词
