气井冲蚀产量模型在储气库的应用

Abstract
The critical erosion output of gas wells is one of the important parameters of production allocation for underground gas storage. A model formula of calculating gas well erosion output for Hutubi gas storage has been discussed and derived based on classical calculation model and gas reservoir engineering principle. According to the critical erosion output model formula, the key factors affecting the erosion output and the affecting pattern have been analyzed. The key factors include pipestring ID, flowing pressure and gas temperature. The erosion output is in direct proportion to pipestring ID and flow pressure, in inverse proportion to gas temperature , and changes greatly with the size of pipestring ID. The empirical constant of gas well erosion output formula has been determined for Hutubi gas storage after investigation into domestic gas storages and local situations. The erosion output model has optimized 0114. 3 mm pipestring for the vertical gas wells in Hutubi gas storage, studied the erosion pattern at safety valve location, and presented that periodical erosion exists at 088.9 mm safety valve, therefore the safety valve should be inspected regularly and changed timely to ensure normal operation.关键词
