宜昌磷矿工艺矿相学研究
Process mineralogy studies of phosphate ores in Yichang
摘要
Abstract
The process mineralogy of phosphate ores in Yichang including chemical compositions, occurrence state, grain size, embedded feature of minerals and monomer dissociation degree was studied. The results show that Yichang phosphate ores contains many complex chemical compositions which contain P2O5, CaO, SiO2, A12O3, MgO, Fe2O3, K2O, F, S, Na2O, and et al. Collophane, carbonate, quartz mineral, and clay mineral are the main mineral components of phosphate ores, whose content is up to 98. 2 % (w/% ). The particle assemblage size of 96 % collophane and 93 % carbonate is above 0. 0784 mm which should be middle particle assemblage size distribution. The monomer dissociation degree of collophane in the - 0. 037 mm, 0. 037 ~ 0. 05 mm, and 0. 05 ~ 0. 074 mm fractions, are all above 90 %.关键词
