摘要

Abstract

At present, the hand winch used for overhead transmission line maintenance, has the problems, such as structure form behind and material aging serious; it is used with the disadvantages of the inconvenience, arduousness and low efficiency. According to the problems, it has developed a kind of new labor-saving hand winch successfully by the structure innovative design and the new types of material selection. The structure is mainly by the adjustable transmission mechanism, installation accessory and new protection mechanism, it also alternative used the new material about the high-strength aluminum alloy, high molecular weight polyethylene and nylon. It has been verified its validity and reliability in fields use, also improved the working efficiency and level of the line maintenance.
