开口箭根茎中甾体类化合物的研究
Isolation and Structural Identification of Spirostanol Compounds from Tupistra Chinensis
摘要
Abstract
To study the steroidal saponins from the fresh rhizomes of Tupistra chinensis and search for bioac-tive saponins with potential antitumor activity. The steroidal saponins were isolated by RP-C18 column chro-matography and preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were dertermined on the basis of the spectroscopic analysis and chemical evidences. Eight spirostanol compounds(1- 8) were obtained from the n-butanol fraction of EtOH extract from Tupistra chinensis rhizomes. Their structures were determined on the basis of chemical methods and spectral data. Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
