摘要

Abstract

A event-driven design for workflow management is presented in this paper. The implementation is based on ICE. The process model can be analyzed and saved in relation database by control engine. Activities defined in workflow process model are assigned to distributed execution engine to execute. Events are used to determine the execution of activities on execution engine. It could share procedure definitions with other workflow managements. Additionally, it could solve the problems like singleness programming language and amassed deployment. The expandability and the flexibility of the system is impoved obviously.
