摘要
Abstract
Objective To study ullrasound - guided puncture and sclerotherapy with absolute alcohol for postoperative pelvic lymphoceles in women with gynecologic cancers. Methods Twenly - six palienls wilh 27 pelvic lymphoceles were trealed by ultra-sound - guided aspiralion and sclerolherapy wilh injection of absolule alcohol and followed up for six monlhs. Results Good recovery was oblained in 15 cases, marked effecls in 6 cases, improvemenl in 4 cases and no effecls in 2 cases . The cure rale was 55. 56% (15/ 27 ) and the totat effective rale was 92. 59% (25/27 ) . Conclusions Ullrasound guided punclure and sclerolherap wilh absolule alcohol is a feasible and effective melhod to treat pelvic lymphoceles.关键词
