Abstract
Objective Since Beijing Medical Insurance Cenler began Lo sellle accounts in real lime in oulpalienl clinics, refusal of pay-menl by fund of medical insurance increased markedly in this hospilal. To safeguard the legal righl and inleresls of the insured palienls and reduce the incidence of refusal of paymenl, we analyzed the causes of medical insurance paymenl refusal and devised appropriate countermeasures.关键词
