Abstract
Objective To establish a method of determining the effective component of Polygonum multiflorum in lipid - lowering drink particles. Methods HPLC method was used with octadecyl silane bonded silica as a filler and with acetonitrile water (25: 75) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm; the column temperature was 25 ℃ at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min. Results 2,3,5,4'- tetrahydroxy - stilbene - 2 - 0 -β - D - glucoside in the 0. 05-0. 625 μg range showed a good linear relationship. The sample separation was good, with no interference and sample stability in the negative was good. Conclusions The method is user - friendly and accurate with a good reproducibility. It can be used to determine the content of 2,3,5 ,4' - tetrahydroxy diphenyl ethylene -2-0-β-D- glucoside.关键词
