陕北气田输气管线缓蚀剂优选评价

Abstract
Three inhibitors widely applied in field,named as A,B and C,were evaluated under simulated environment of North Shaanxi Gasfield in order that a inhibitor suitable for North Shaanxi Gasfield was selected. Their filming performance, anti-corrosion be-havor and effect on the emulsion of oily water were evaluated in high-temperature high-pressure autoclave, and the morphology of the corrosion product on samples was analyzed by SEM. The results show that inhibitor A is the inhibitor most suitable for North Shaanxi Gasfield, its optimum concentration is 1 000 mg/L. Inhibitor A has good filming performance, and its inhibition efficiency can reach to a-bout 96. 59% at the optimum concentration of 1 000 mg/L. But inhibitor A has the serious emulsification to oily water, which would cause the difficulty of oily wastewater treating. It is suggested that the inhibitors with little usage, high inhibition efficiency and no emulsion to oily water would be developed.关键词
