Abstract
From the study of an epidemic model with latent and vaccination stage, the SVEIR epidemic model is established, and the basic reproduction number Ro is obtained, that determined whether the disease will become the endemic equilibrium, the global stability of the disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium of the SVEIR epidemic model are discussed.关键词
