不同施氮水平下盐胁迫对灵武长枣苗生长的影响
Effect of Salt Stress on Seedling Growth of Lingwu Long Jujube under Different Nitrogen Applying Levels

Abstract
Taking two-year-old grafted seedlings of Zizyphus jujuba Mill. Cv. Lingxvuchangzao ( Lingwu long jujube)as the materials, a pot-cultivation experiment was conducted to study the effect of different salt stress treatments (control: 0 mmol · L-1, A: 50 mmol · L-1 , B: 150 mmol · L-1 , C: 200 mmol · L-1)on the growth of jujube under different nitrogen supplying levels (100 mg · L-1 , 200 mg · L-1 , 300 mg · L-1) by measuring the dry weight of the leaf per unit area and the net growth of new shots. The results showed that along with the increase of the salt stress, the net growth of new shoots decreased, and the salt injury (P) and salt injury index (D) increased. Under salt stress, the increase of nitrogen supplication could effectively increase the seedling growth, decrease degree of salt injury, and therefore alleviated injuries resulted from salt stress.关键词
