花椒愈伤组织EMS诱变及变异研究
Variation and EMS Mutagenesis in Callus of Zanthoxylum bungeanum
摘要
Abstract
The callus of phloem and leaves of Zanthoxylum bungeanum were treated by ethyl methane sul-fonate (EMS) to determine the semi-lethal concentration of EMS and to get suitable source of callus. The results showed that the semi-lethal concentrations of EMS were 0. 3% (with 6 h treatment) , 0. 5% (4h) , 0. 7% (2h). From the regeneration plants which had been mutated, we found numerous variations such as the length and width of the leaves. Through examining the morphological characteristics, 340 mutation plants were selected.关键词
