DETERMINATION OF GINKGOLIC ACIDS IN GINKGO TEA BY TCL-UV SPECTROPHOTOMETRY

摘要

Abstract

To establish a fast determination method of ginkgolic acids(Gas) in ginkgo tea by TLC-UV. The sample through hexane Soxhlet extraction and TCL purification which was accomplished on G plate by using the mobile phase of petroleum ether : ethyl acetate : glacial acetic acid (18 : 1 : l),then determined by UV spectrophotometry at 307 nm. The results showed that there was a linear relationship within the range of 0. 009 - 0. 093 mg/mL(R2 = 0. 999 7) , the RSD was 2. 15% ,the average recovery was 100. 90% ,the results being detected by UV spectrophotometry were close to those by HPLC. The method is suitable for the Gas analysis in ginkgo tea.
