基于DPSIR模型的兰州市低碳城市发展评价
Evaluation on the low carbon city development of Lanzhou City based on DPSIR model

Abstract
Based on the DPSIR concept model, this paper constructes the evaluation index system of low carbon city of Lanzhou City. The AHP is used to determine the index weights, and the linear weighted method is also used to calculate comprehensive index value of low carbon city development of Lanzhou from 2005 to 2009. According to the relevant evaluation criteria, the results are graded to determine the low carbon city development types. The results show that from 2005 to 2009, the low carbon city development state is in the second grade and the comprehensive indicator downward overall and the development type of low carbon city transites from high carbon economy type to ultrahigh carbon economy type in Lanzhou City. On the basis of the above, the specific suggestions about low carbon city construction of Lanzhou City are put forward.关键词
