Abstract
In order to improve the working efficiency of coal washery, the programmable controller was used to compose industrial production line with certain automation level. Combining with the features of the coal washery, the development process, announcements and application examples of the programmable controller system are introduced. The distributed centralized control system of coal washery consisted of Mitsubishi PLC and IPC is proposed, and the design requirements, hardware configuration and software design are presented.
