摘要

Abstract

Surface-conduction field emission display (SED) is a new kind of flat panel display technology. Compared with the existing main stream technology. SED has great advantages in many aspects, such as contrast, gray levels, colors, dynamic response and power consumption. The development history, research status, principle, structure and the preparation of the fluorescent screen are generally summarize in this article. The preparation process of fluorescent screens is illustrated.
